Doctor / Practitioner Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the White Rabbit E-Pharma doctor workspace operated by TMR Computing Ltd ("we", "us", the "Platform"). By accepting access and using the workspace, you ("the Practitioner") agree to these Terms.
1. Professional standing
You represent and warrant that you are a duly qualified, registered and licensed medical practitioner in good standing with the relevant medical council/board, that your registration is current, and that you are permitted to provide the services you offer through the Platform. You will promptly notify us if your registration is suspended, restricted or revoked.
2. Independent practitioner
You provide clinical services as an independent practitioner, not as our employee or agent. You retain full professional responsibility and clinical autonomy for every consultation, diagnosis, report and prescription you make. The Platform provides software tools only and does not practise medicine.
3. Standard of care
You will provide services with reasonable skill, care and diligence, in accordance with applicable laws, medical-council guidelines and accepted professional standards. You will not provide services outside your competence, and you will refer or escalate to in-person or emergency care when clinically appropriate.
4. Prescriptions
You are solely responsible for the appropriateness, accuracy and legality of any prescription you issue through the Platform, including dosage, interactions and contraindications. You will prescribe only after an adequate assessment and only where clinically justified. You will comply with all rules governing controlled and restricted medicines.
5. Patient records & confidentiality
You will keep patient information confidential and use it only to provide care through the Platform, in accordance with applicable data-protection and medical-confidentiality laws. You will maintain appropriate clinical records (consultation reports) for the services you provide.
6. Accurate profile
You will keep your profile (speciality, experience, affiliations, languages and fees) accurate and up to date. You will not misrepresent your qualifications or affiliations.
7. Fees & payments
Consultation fees you set are displayed to patients and collected through the Platform's payment methods. We may deduct an agreed platform/service fee or commission and remit the balance to you in accordance with our payout schedule. You are responsible for your own taxes arising from your fees.
8. Appointments & availability
You will manage your appointments and availability responsibly, honour confirmed appointments, and give patients reasonable notice of any change or cancellation.
9. Account security
Your workspace login is personal to you. You will keep it secure, will not share it, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
10. Acceptable use
You will not use the workspace for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose, will not solicit patients off-platform to avoid fees, and will not upload false or infringing content. We may suspend or withdraw access for breach of these Terms or where patient safety requires it.
11. Indemnity & liability
You are responsible for, and will indemnify us against, claims arising from your clinical services, prescriptions or breach of these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your clinical decisions or for indirect or consequential losses. You should hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
12. Termination
Either party may end this arrangement on notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where there is a risk to patients, a breach of these Terms, or loss of your professional registration.
13. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and disputes are subject to the courts of Rwanda.
